International Auto Parts Company – Ariba Spend and Upstream Module Assessment

CCP Global was selected to assess the use of the Ariba Spend Visibility module, make suggestions for improvement, and to create a repository of useful reports while training and empowering a global community of end users.Over the course of 4 months, more than 150 sourcing specialist and support staff were trained to use the Spend Visibility tool to retrieve their relevant data results from the repository of KPI reports, as well as create their own ad hoc reports for topics related to their specific strategic experts. Schema data collection and enrichment strategies were refined to provide more accurate data for decision making.

During the Spend Visibility project, our team was also able to give insight and recommendations for other areas of the Ariba upstream implementation. When the engagement for SV was wrapping up, CCP was asked to extend our contract and continue assistance with the sourcing implementation and roll out. CCP Global was rapidly deployed sourcing help desk resource for direct material category users who needed to subset their existing tool on short notice but did not have the time to do a long-term implementation engagement. CCP Global facilitated the continuation of sourcing activity in a separately configured sourcing module while the long-term approach to it’s use was being designed and implemented in parallel. Our experience and expertise with Ariba allowed us to create a strategic partnership which extended beyond the initial SOW and create added value for the client.

Major Legacy Airline Carrier – Long-term Ariba Deployment Partnership

CCP Global has served as lead SAP Ariba partner supporting SAP Ariba Contracts, and SAP Ariba Sourcing with integrations to SAP ECC and ServiceNow. An Ariba Optimization and Support project kicked off in July 2018 to implement the platform for thousands of additional users, improve the existing user experience, and provide executive administrative support. Through delivery successful enhancement for stakeholders cross the enterprise, CCP Global has helped the client increase the size of its Ariba footprint, resulting in greater cost savings and improved return on investment in the platform.

The centerpiece of the project is a compliance-led initiative to centralize the repository of Enterprise Contracts for departments including Procurement and Supply Chain, Corporate Real Estate, Technical Operations, Legal, Treasury, and Corporate Security among others. The airline also services nearly 250 destinations in 60 countries and manages dozens of facilities in the United States and abroad. The decentralized nature of the organization require design and implementation of a solution tailored to the specific needs of each department while still maintaining compliance with corporate policies regarding data quality and records retention.

Multinational Manufacturer of Automobiles, Motorcycles, and Power Equipment – Procurement Transformation & Implementation

CCP Global was selected as project consulting partner with Honda on its Procurement Transformation Project. The combined team successfully implemented and delivered the Ariba Buyer eProcurement platform. The solution required integrating the new Ariba platform into Honda’s existing ERP system (PeopleSoft). Project scope included roll-out to over 5,600 users across 3 North American business units. CCP additional managed support transition to internal Honda teams.

Printer and Imaging Products Manufacturer – Global eProcurement Implementation

CCP Global was selected to lead Lexmark’s Global Ariba eProcurement project. Spanning 60 global locations, CCP successfully led the implementation to deliver the Ariba Procurement solution to Lexmark’s corporate, sales, and manufacturing organizations. Project scope included one consolidated, centralized system with a standard set of processes working across 3 different JD Edwards instances. CCP also managed data migration from three JD Edwards systems to Lexmark’s SAP system.
