Johnson & Johnson

CCP Global was selected over many large global consulting organizations to be J&J’s primary consulting partner to implement and roll out their newly acquired eProcurement system. This partnership led to numerous strategic projects, driving over $1B in bottom-line savings for J&J.

CCP led the functional team for the implementation and performed the assessment, design and implementation of new business processes, supplier setup, and content management. CCP was responsible for the overall effort to integrate suppliers into the client’s Buyer system, system integration with the Commerce Services Network, system testing strategy, and knowledge transfer to client personnel.

Honda – Procurement Transformation & Implementation

CCP Global was selected as project consulting partner with Honda on its Procurement Transformation Project. The combined team successfully implemented and delivered the Ariba Buyer eProcurement platform. The solution required integrating the new Ariba platform into Honda’s existing ERP system (PeopleSoft). Project scope included roll-out to over 5,600 users across 3 North American business units. CCP additionally managed support transition to internal Honda team.

Lexmark – Global eProcurement Implementation

CCP Global was selected to lead Lexmark’s Global eProcurement project. Spanning 60 global locations, CCP successfully led the implementation to deliver the eProcurement solution to Lexmark’s corporate, sales, and manufacturing organizations. Project scope included one consolidated, centralized system with a standard set of processes working across 3 different JD Edwards instances. CCP also managed data migration from three JD Edwards systems to Lexmark’s SAP system.
