SAP Project Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Defining the project scope, project plan, time frames and the required resources.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Follow CCP Global implementation methodology for all customers and tailor to meet each customer’s unique business needs.  
  • Coordinate with Systems Integration to ensure all client requirements can be met. 
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies.  
  • Support the processes, and procedures that radically reduce customer implementation cycle time and eliminate opportunities for deployment defects. 
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Build, develop, and grow business relationships with project stakeholders at multiple levels and multiple locations vital to the success of the project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of three years of Project Management experience in an SAP Ariba environment
  • Understands the SAP Ariba terminology 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong client facing skills 
  • Ability to travel when expected
  • PM Certification preferred

SAP Ariba Functional Consultant - Upstream

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall implementation of SAP Ariba Contracts, Sourcing, and SLP spend management solution software. Conduct project meetings and take the lead on project tracking and analysis. Define the project scope, project plan, time frames and required resources.
  • Coordinate with Systems Integration to ensure all client requirements can be met. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies. Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform, using CCP Global’s implementation methodology.
  • Support the processes and procedures that reduce customer implementation cycle time and eliminate opportunities for deployment defects. Provide analytical guidance to project team, including troubleshooting, if necessary. Work closely with customers as their technical advisor during the implementation phase.
  • Coordinate client training and lead account transfer to Client Management after successful implementation. Provide coaching/mentoring to others on project management principles and techniques.

  • Coordinate with Systems Integration to ensure all client requirements can be met. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies. Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform, using CCP Global’s implementation methodology.

Perform due diligence to gain a thorough understanding of client’s organization and workflow. Define the project scope, project plan, time frames and the required resources.
  • Coordinate with Systems Integration to ensure all client requirements can be met. Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies. Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs.
  • Support the processes and procedures that reduce customer implementation cycle time and eliminate opportunities for deployment defects. Provide analytical guidance to project team, including troubleshooting, if necessary. Work closely with customers as their technical advisor during the implementation phase.

  • Recognize defects in the system by narrowing down the cause and identify root cause, critical issues and provides timely solutions.
  • Provide strategic coaching and guidance to drive the best results from the client’s SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries within service level objectives.
  • Successfully document all requests while adhering to all documented procedures.
  • Conduct all customer interactions in a manner which is professional, respectful and knowledgeable.
  • Develop feasible and reasonable workarounds for customers to use while errors are being resolved.
  • Provide customers with frequent updates via phone and email on the status of their reported issues.
  • Maintains consistent high customer satisfaction.
  • Supplier Enablement. On-boarding suppliers to customers SAP Ariba solutions and Ariba Network.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
  • At least 3 years working in an SAP Ariba downstream technical environment.
  • Strong Technical aptitude.  Experience troubleshooting and problem-solving within the SAP Ariba downstream environment.
  • Strong experience performing configurations. 
  • Experience in integration methods.
  • Superior verbal and written skills along with a helpful attitude and good interpersonal skills.
