Make sure your browsers are up to date and ready for use with your SAP Ariba applications.
As of March 2, 2024, SAP Ariba will only be supporting the following browser versions:
- Google Chrome (88 or above)
- Microsoft Edge (88 or above)
- Mozilla Firefox (87 or above)
- Apple Safari (15 or above)
- Mobile Safari on iPad (15 or above)
How can you quickly tell which browser you are using to make sure you will not be affected?
If you are not sure of the browser version you are using, you can visit whatsmybrowser.org. Here, you will be able to see the browser name and the current version of the browser you used to open the page.
If you find your browser is not supported per the list above, anyone with Administrator rights to your computer will be able to update it. Before doing so, you will want to reach out to your IT department to make sure that this action will not impact access and usage of other applications that your company is using.
What happens if I use SAP Ariba applications with an unsupported browser version?
If you are using a browser version that is not supported by SAP Ariba, you may not be able to access some pages with the application(s), experience visual or functional problems, and lose the ability to complete some processes within the application(s).
